Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every Viewer, Creator, Wallet, Content item, Unlock, message, request, and account on DMME. DMME is a creator-to-viewer messaging platform where Creators may share Content directly with Viewers. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

Content and Conduct You May Not Use the Service For

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, send, sell, promote, or facilitate:

  • illegal activity or content that violates applicable law;
  • child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, extortion, exploitation, or content shared without all required permissions;
  • credible threats, targeted harassment, hate-based abuse, violent content intended to threaten or terrorize, or encouragement of serious wrongdoing;
  • fraud, scams, deceptive offers, impersonation, phishing, malware, or attempts to obtain another person's account or payment information;
  • doxxing, stalking, privacy violations, or disclosure of personal, financial, location, or confidential information without permission;
  • spam, unsolicited commercial activity, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or abusive bulk messaging;
  • copyright infringement or use of content you do not have the rights and permissions to use;
  • scraping, crawling, automated account creation, bot-driven activity, data harvesting, or other automation that is not expressly authorized by DMME;
  • account sharing, account transfer, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass account, age, geographic, payment, access, visibility, or moderation restrictions; or
  • payment abuse, including fraudulent Wallet funding, manipulated purchases, abusive refund requests, false chargebacks, or attempts to evade payment controls.

Age-Restricted Content

Age-restricted content is optional. Only eligible Creators may publish it, and only Viewers who have explicitly enabled access and meet applicable age requirements may view it. Age confirmation, Verification, or an Unlock never makes prohibited Content acceptable.

Content, Access, and Payment Protections

You may access Content only through the permissions DMME provides. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, download, capture, bypass, or interfere with Content access controls. You may not attempt to access another account, Wallet, payment flow, private conversation, or protected media without authorization.

Enforcement

DMME may investigate suspected violations and may remove Content, suspend or terminate accounts, freeze or adjust Wallet activity, restrict features or visibility, delay or withhold payouts, preserve records, report illegal activity, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or permitted. Enforcement decisions may be based on reports, automated signals, human review, payment-provider requirements, or other information reasonably available to DMME.

Reporting

Use the reporting tools in the Service when available, or contact hello@dmme.social, to report a suspected violation. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services first.

Policy Changes

DMME may update this policy as the Service, safety practices, payment controls, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
