Safety & Community Guidelines

Purpose and Scope

DMme is designed to be a place where people can connect, share content, discover Creators, and earn money in a safe, respectful, and authentic environment. These Safety & Community Guidelines apply to everyone who uses DMme, including Creators, Viewers, businesses, and anyone who interacts with content on the platform.

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, loss of monetization privileges, or permanent account removal.

1. Respect Others

Treat other people with respect. DMme does not allow:

• harassment or bullying;
• threats or intimidation;
• hate speech;
• repeated unwanted contact;
• humiliation or targeted abuse;
• stalking or threatening behavior; or
• coordinated harassment of another person.

Disagreements are allowed, but they must not cross into harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.

2. Appropriate Content

Content posted on DMme must be legal and comply with these guidelines.

Content may not include:

• illegal activity;
• graphic or excessively violent content;
• nudity of any kind, pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, or sexual solicitation;
• threats of violence;
• fraud or deception;
• dangerous or illegal activities; or
• content that encourages serious harm to yourself or others.

Creators are responsible for the content they post and monetize.

3. Sexual Content and Nudity

DMme is an SFW-only platform. Nudity of any kind, pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, and sexual solicitation are prohibited.

Content involving sexual exploitation, sexual violence, incest, or minors is strictly prohibited. Any sexual content involving a minor is prohibited regardless of whether the content is real, simulated, AI-generated, or otherwise created.

4. Protection of Minors

DMme is an 18+ platform. All users must be at least 18 years old.

DMme has zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Users may not:

• sexualize minors;
• groom or attempt to groom minors;
• arrange sexual contact with minors;
• share sexual content involving minors;
• exploit or facilitate exploitation or trafficking of minors; or
• use AI or other technology to create sexualized content involving minors.

Violations may result in immediate account removal and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

5. Violence and Dangerous Activities

DMme does not allow content that credibly threatens or encourages serious harm to others. This includes:

• credible threats of violence;
• instructions for committing violent crimes;
• terrorism or extremist violence;
• recruitment, fundraising, financing, or facilitation of violent extremist activity;
• serious criminal activity;
• encouragement of dangerous activities that could result in serious injury or death; or
• content encouraging harm to another person.

Legitimate educational, documentary, or news-related content may be treated differently when there is a clear informational purpose.

6. Hate and Discrimination

DMme does not allow content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics. This includes:

• slurs or dehumanizing language;
• threats against protected groups;
• encouragement of violence or discrimination; or
• content promoting the exclusion or mistreatment of people based on protected characteristics.

7. Harassment and Stalking

DMme does not allow persistent or threatening harassment. This includes:

• repeated unwanted contact;
• threats;
• doxxing or exposing someone's private information;
• coordinated harassment;
• stalking or monitoring someone in a threatening manner; or
• attempts to intimidate or frighten another person.

Users can report accounts and content where a Report control is available. Creators can use Block and can restrict a Viewer from sending them Custom Content Requests.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of others. Do not share another person's private or sensitive information without permission, including:

• home addresses;
• private phone numbers or email addresses;
• financial information;
• passwords;
• government-issued identification;
• private communications; or
• other sensitive personal information.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or information.

9. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Do not falsely represent yourself as another person, Creator, business, organization, or public figure in a way that could mislead others. Parody or fan accounts may be permitted when they are clearly identified and do not attempt to deceive Viewers about who operates the account.

Creators must accurately represent their identity when completing required payout or identity-verification processes. AI-generated characters may be used in content, but an AI character cannot be the identity of the person operating a Creator account or receiving Creator payments. See the AI Content Policy for additional requirements.

10. Fraud and Scams

DMme does not allow fraudulent or deceptive activity. This includes:

• fake investment opportunities;
• phishing;
• fraudulent payment requests;
• fake giveaways;
• pyramid or deceptive schemes;
• attempts to steal account or financial information;
• misleading Viewers for financial gain; or
• fraudulent Creator activity or misrepresentation of Custom Content Requests.

11. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Do not use DMme to manipulate the platform or artificially increase engagement or earnings. This includes:

• fake followers or engagement;
• bots used to manipulate activity;
• spam;
• multiple accounts used for manipulation;
• artificially inflating views, purchases, or other activity; or
• coordinated attempts to manipulate Creator earnings.

DMme may restrict or remove accounts that engage in this behavior.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you have the right to use. Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions for photos, videos, music, artwork, trademarks, and other intellectual property they post. DMme does not permit users to knowingly upload or distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

13. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated and AI-assisted content may be permitted when it complies with DMme's policies. Creators must follow the requirements in our AI Content Policy, avoid deception, and remain responsible for content created or modified using AI.

AI may not be used to:

• impersonate or deceptively represent another person;
• create fraudulent or misleading content;
• exploit or sexualize minors;
• circumvent identity verification;
• manipulate earnings or engagement;
• mislead Viewers for financial gain; or
• create harmful or deceptive representations of real people or events.

14. Creator Monetization

Creators must follow all requirements related to monetization. The following activities are prohibited:

• fraudulent engagement or fake accounts;
• deceptive or stolen content;
• prohibited content;
• manipulation of views, clicks, purchases, or other activity;
• attempts to circumvent identity verification; or
• attempts to manipulate or falsify Creator earnings.

DMme may suspend or remove monetization privileges when a Creator violates these requirements. Creators must complete required payout onboarding and provide any identity, tax, or other information required by the applicable payout process or law before or in connection with receiving payouts.

15. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Product Sales

DMme is not designed as an advertising platform or marketplace for products and services. Creators may not use DMme to monetize content through:

• advertising;
• affiliate marketing;
• sponsorships;
• product sales; or
• service sales.

Creators can monetize their content and Custom Content Requests through DMme's available monetization features.

16. Illegal Goods and Services

DMme does not allow the sale, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of illegal goods or services. This includes content involving illegal drugs, weapons or unlawful weapon sales, stolen property, human trafficking, other illegal goods or services, or instructions or assistance for unlawful activities.

17. Self-Harm and Dangerous Behavior

DMme does not allow content that encourages or instructs people to commit suicide or engage in self-harm. Content that provides legitimate educational, supportive, or recovery-related information may be permitted when it does not encourage harmful behavior. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services in your area.

18. Reporting Content and Accounts

If you believe content or an account violates these guidelines, please report it. To report a post, select Content options (the three-dot menu) on the post, choose Report, and follow the prompts. To report a Creator account, select Reporton the Creator's profile and follow the prompts.

Reports are reviewed by DMme, and appropriate action may be taken when a violation is identified.

19. Blocking and Restricting Users

Creators can use Block and Restrict controls. Restrict prevents a Viewer from sending a Creator Custom Content Requests while still allowing the Viewer to view the Creator's profile and general content. Block prevents the Viewer from accessing that Creator's profile and content.

If you believe a user is violating these guidelines, we recommend reporting the account in addition to blocking or restricting the user.

20. Enforcement

When DMme identifies a violation of these guidelines, we may take action based on the nature and severity of the violation. Possible actions include:

• removing content;
• restricting account features;
• issuing a warning;
• suspending monetization;
• temporarily suspending an account; or
• permanently removing an account.

Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal. DMme may consider the severity of the violation, whether behavior is repeated, risk to other users, and the account's history.

21. Appeals

If your Creator account is suspended or deactivated as a result of a moderation decision, you may dispute the decision by contacting DMme customer support. DMme will review the information available and may maintain, modify, or reverse the decision.

Most published and unlocked content is generally available for approximately 24 hours. Fulfilled Custom Content Requests must be opened within 48 hours after fulfillment; after first opening, access expires 24 hours later. Removed or expired content cannot necessarily be restored to your followers.

22. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and the email address associated with it. Do not share login links, verification codes, or other account security information with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact DMme customer support immediately and secure the email account associated with your DMme account.

23. Changes to These Guidelines

DMme may update these Safety & Community Guidelines as the platform, technology, applicable laws, and community needs evolve. When required, we will provide notice of material changes.
