AI Content Policy

Our Policy

DMme permits limited use of artificial intelligence (AI) as an editing and creative-assistance tool. Creators remain responsible for everything they publish and for ensuring that Viewers are not misled. All AI-assisted content must comply with our Terms of Service and Safety & Community Guidelines.

Using AI to Create Content

Creators may use AI tools to assist with genuine photos, videos, artwork, or text only when the use does not create or replace a person or materially misrepresent what occurred. Creators must:

• have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content, images, likenesses, voices, or other materials used to create the content;
• follow all DMme Terms of Service and Safety & Community Guidelines;
• avoid using AI to deceive or mislead Viewers;
• remain responsible for the content they publish, even when it was created or assisted by AI.

AI-Generated People and Characters

DMme does not permit AI-generated people or characters in posted content, including photographs, videos, illustrations, or other visual material. A Creator may not use a synthetic person or character to represent themselves, another person, or a fictional identity on DMme.

DMme also does not permit AI-generated images or videos depicting a real person, including yourself. This includes face-swapping or other alterations that replace a person's identity or falsely represent a person's appearance, actions, statements, or experiences.

AI Disclosure

DMme does not currently provide a creator-facing AI-specific content designation or posting label. Where AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork is otherwise permitted, Creators must clearly identify that AI was used and must not present it in a way that deceives or misleads Viewers.

DMme may add disclosure requirements as product features and applicable requirements evolve.

Impersonation and Deception

AI must not be used to impersonate another real person or make it appear that someone said, did, or created something when they did not. This includes using AI to create misleading images, videos, voices, statements, or interactions involving real people without appropriate authorization.

Creators must not use AI to create fake interactions, testimonials, endorsements, or experiences designed to deceive Viewers.

Sexual Content and Minors

AI does not change DMme's SFW-only rules or its protection of minors. Nudity of any kind, pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual services, and sexual solicitation are prohibited, including when AI-generated or AI-assisted. Any sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, simulated, or altered content.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Creators are responsible for making sure that AI-generated or AI-assisted content they publish does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other intellectual property rights. Using AI does not transfer responsibility for copyright or other legal rights to DMme.

If you use another person's image, voice, artwork, character, music, or other protected material, you must have the appropriate rights or permission to do so.

Fraud and Financial Misrepresentation

AI must not be used to deceive Viewers about purchases, earnings, products, services, charitable activities, or other financial matters. Creators must not use AI to:

• create fake testimonials or reviews;
• misrepresent earnings or results;
• manipulate Viewers into making purchases through deception;
• circumvent identity verification or payout requirements;
• create fake engagement or interactions designed to manipulate Creator earnings; or
• misrepresent an AI-generated character as a real person for the purpose of obtaining money.

Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for content published on their account, including AI-assisted content. They must review it before posting and ensure that it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with DMme's policies.

Reporting AI Content

If you believe content is misleading, impersonates someone, violates DMme's guidelines, or otherwise breaks our rules, you can report it. To report a post, select Content options (the three-dot menu), choose Report, and follow the prompts. Reported content may be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.

Enforcement

Content that violates this policy may be removed. Depending on the circumstances, DMme may also restrict monetization, suspend an account, restrict features, or permanently remove an account. Serious violations may result in immediate action.

Our Approach to AI

AI can be a useful editing and creative-assistance tool, but it cannot be used to create synthetic people, falsely depict real people, deceive Viewers, or break DMme's rules.
