Refund Policy
Effective date October 18, 2026
Overview
This Refund Policy supplements the Terms of Service. DMme lets Viewers add funds to an in-app Wallet and use that balance to Unlock individual pieces of Content. Each Unlock is a separate purchase. Content is generally available for approximately 24 hours under DMme's current product rules.
Wallet Funding
Wallet funding is subject to the payment options, limits, and terms shown in the Service. A Wallet is a platform balance, not a bank account; it is not FDIC insured and does not accrue interest. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the Service, Wallet funding is not refundable after funds have been made available for use. DMme may correct, reverse, hold, or adjust a Wallet for an error, fraud, dispute, chargeback, legal obligation, or policy violation.
Content Unlocks
Except where required by law, Content Unlocks are generally final once the Content is made available. A request that you submit to a Creator does not guarantee delivery and is not, by itself, a Content Unlock. Content expiration does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Content Reports and Wallet Credits
Viewers may report content they believe violates the Terms of Service, Safety & Community Guidelines, AI Content Policy, or another applicable DMme policy. General Creator posts and Paid Content should be reported before they expire, generally within 24 hours after they are sent. Completed Custom Content Requests should be reported within 24 hours after they are opened.
If DMme confirms a policy violation and the report meets the applicable requirements, the relevant purchase amount may be credited to the Viewer's Wallet. A Wallet credit is an internal platform adjustment, not a refund to the original payment method, except where required by law. A report, change of mind, or dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a credit.
Reviewable Issues
DMme may review a refund or Wallet-adjustment request for a duplicate transaction, a verified technical failure that prevented access to an Unlock, unauthorized activity, fraud, or another issue required by applicable law. Review does not guarantee a refund. DMme may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue and may rely on its transaction, access, and payment-provider records.
Accidental Purchases and Unauthorized Activity
Contact DMme promptly if you believe a purchase was accidental or unauthorized. We will review the report under this policy and applicable law. Do not make a false report, submit a false chargeback, or attempt to reverse a valid transaction through abusive means; doing so may lead to Wallet restrictions, account action, or other remedies.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Before opening a payment dispute where practical, contact DMme at help@dmme.social so we can review the issue. Payment providers may apply their own dispute and chargeback procedures. DMme may place holds, reserve funds, limit Wallet activity, delay payouts, or take other reasonable action while a dispute is reviewed.
Creator Earnings and Payouts
Creator earnings become eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable settlement period and satisfaction of payout requirements. DMme may delay, suspend, reverse, or withhold earnings or payouts for fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserve requirements, legal compliance, moderation, or policy violations. A Viewer refund or Wallet adjustment may reduce related Creator earnings.
Chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback is separate from a Wallet credit for a confirmed content-policy violation. Where a chargeback succeeds, DMme may recover the applicable amount from related Creator earnings, available Wallet funds, or future earnings as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. DMme's records are used to allocate recovery accurately and avoid recovering the same amount more than once.
How to Contact Us
To request a review, contact help@dmme.social with the account email, transaction date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Policy Changes
DMme may update this policy as payment features, payment providers, operational practices, or legal requirements change. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
