Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how DMME collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our invite or beta social platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). DMME enables adult viewers and creators to communicate privately and to offer or purchase access to creator content.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of the Service, and limited technical information about your device and activity. The information collected depends on the features you use and whether you participate as a viewer or creator.
Account Information
Account information may include your name, email address, age confirmation, account role, login records, account status, and authentication provider identifiers. Creators may also provide legal, tax, identity, billing, or payout information when required for verification or withdrawals.
Profile Information
We collect profile details you choose to provide, such as a display name, username, biography, avatar, public gallery images, content preferences, and creator classification. Information designated as public may be visible to other users of the Service.
Creator Content
We process content uploaded, published, delivered, or sold by creators, including images, videos, text, descriptions, pricing, expiration settings, and related metadata. Private or locked content is subject to access controls, but no online system can guarantee that recipients will not capture or redistribute content improperly.
Messages
We process direct messages, content requests, offers, and related conversation metadata to deliver the Service, enforce access rules, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and support safety reviews. Messages are not public, but authorized personnel or service providers may review them when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or support.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. DMME does not intend to store complete payment card numbers, security codes, or full bank account credentials. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, date, payment method type, fraud signals, refunds, chargebacks, and other information needed to manage wallets, purchases, creator earnings, and financial records.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and understand Service performance. You may be able to control some cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly.
Analytics
We may collect usage and diagnostic information such as pages viewed, feature interactions, referral information, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, crash data, and performance measurements. We use this information to operate and improve the Service and may use service providers to assist us.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- deliver messages, content, purchases, and creator services;
- process transactions and maintain financial records;
- detect fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, and security threats;
- moderate content and respond to reports or appeals;
- communicate about accounts, support, and policy changes; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Content Moderation
We may use automated systems and human review to identify content or conduct that may violate our rules or applicable law. Moderation may result in warnings, reduced visibility, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or referral for further review.
Safety
We use account, device, transaction, relationship, report, and content information to investigate safety concerns, enforce blocks and restrictions, prevent exploitation, and protect users and the public. We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to address imminent harm or comply with valid legal process.
Information Sharing
We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, moderation, payment, fraud-prevention, and professional services. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, accounting, tax, safety, and regulatory obligations. Account deletion may remove or anonymize public information while financial, safety, moderation, and audit records may be retained where permitted or required.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or access is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and devices.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with a regulator. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Children
The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or use the Service. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we may close the account and delete the information as required by law.
